There is NO record of me or any orders I've placed w*your company. Extremely hard to get to this point of contacting this Co. You took my $, where is my order. I've never seen anything like this before. I need to speak to a human. Is that possible? I've waited *days to get to this point. You don't even have that option on this time up above. Screwy situation. If this doesn't get resolved ASAP . I'm going to take measures into my own hands. I can't see how u do business this way. I've heard very good things about Lin the B. Measure up.
