~cindy hicks: I will NEVER use Light in the box again. Beautiful dresses but POOR customer service. Place a order on *-**-**.Paid **.** extra for expedited delivery. They do not tell you that it takes FOREVER to get it shipped. I ordered a simple premade dress for my granddaughter to be in a pageant and thought I could order * days in advance and get expedited shipping. It is telling me it will be a month before I receive my dress after they charged me a extra **.**. I cannot talk to anyone about my order. I now have to go and buy another dress from somewhere else ( definitely). scared to cancel my order because I read you can only get **% of your purchase back. This site is a huge rip off!!!!!!!
