~lcittyluv: *st time I called got a gentleman who sounded like he hates life and his job. Just simply said a new litterbox would be named to me and my job would to send my info with wires to them. I've waited * weeks no box called back and got ms snotty Debra. She called me a liar about the instructions and thought my intentions were to keep both litterboxes even tho I explained having a partially working litterbox is more desirable than none. Never again purchasing this company's products!
