~Baz: I wanted to change my credit card to one with airmiles. I felt I was advised fairly and the pro and cons explained well. The only draw back was that the first person I spoke to couldn't make the change and had to transfer me to another department, but that said it only took a few seconds and it was obvious that the first call centre operator had passed on all the relevant information before transferring me, which meant I didn't have to explain everything again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting LloydsTSB. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a LloydsTSB problem?
~Baz: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Baz: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LloydsTSB's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Baz: For that I would say three out of five.
