GetHuman-304774: My * year old logitech mm** Ipod Speaker Unit stopped functioning,i.e. wouldn't play and function lights were out. It did continue to charge the Ipod though - weird. Collin at logitech customer service directed me to the reset button inset at the bottom of the unit and with the tip of a pen the unit was reset and fully functioning. Collin was a great help and was friendly and courteous. I am very pleased with the service I received.
