~mrsp: Can't get power switch on at our new home because of a computer upgrade. Waited ** minutes to get through to a human who was nice and apologetic but ultimately her hands were tied. Tried for * days to get through - sadly with a ** month old baby I don't have time to sit on hold. Tried to schedule the switch on online and it didn't work.
