GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-helmsbro: Applied online - then called to confirm identity and was accepted for a $**** Credit limit. Next day or so went in store to inquire about temporary pay pass to purchase goods until the actual card came in the mail. Then after shopping for almost * and half hours with over $**** product - was turned away by Lowes Credit services at check out even when all the employees confirmed my identity via drivers license, medical id badges - the problem essentially was my phone number. In which I had changed recently - absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time for such petty rules and regulations, almost not even worth the effort.
