~rahdigly: I have been trying to purchase gift certificates for my family as Christmas gifts, yet the gift certificate would not work for some reason. I've tried * times in the past * weeks and I keep getting the same message: "It looks like you have a pending order. Please wait a few minutes"*I've tried calling and contacted the help center online and filled out a request (Request *******). Still haven't heard back from anyone. The phone message was not returned either. This is just bad customer service and I'm very disappointed with this company* it's as if this company doesn't want my business and doesn't care. I'm thinking of reporting this to this to the better business bureau.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rahdigly: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lumosity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rahdigly: For that I would say one out of five.

~rahdigly: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lumosity to know who you are.
