~Peggy: Luminosity is a joke, they take your money and then they hide. They should be put out of business. I want my money back they keep saying to download Adobe and I do and it still does not work. My last resort is I am sending a fax, doubt that will work. I already have lost several days. TheCA Attorney General should be notified and if no answer to Fax I will call them the AG

~Peggy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Peggy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lumosity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Peggy: For that I would say one out of five.

~Peggy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lumosity to know who you are.
