Please take this moment to finalize the creation of your account. First Name: Last Name:*Alternative Email: If you wish to use an alternate email address..." (yes I'm using the CORRECT username*pwd, tried from two dif. computers). In other words I've had THIS SAME EMAIL ADDR. FOR OVER * YEARS YET THEIR ASININE SYSTEM ALL OF SUDDEN THINKS I'M "CREATING AN ACCOUNT" What a bunch of FREAKING MORONS. What, do they have junior high school kids doing their programming? Just asinine. There ought to be a class action lawsuit. There should be a law against web-based companies that hide behind practically no phone number and hide behind a worthless joke-trouble-ticket "system".
