GetHuman-426230: Getting online*phone assistance from MSN is an exhausting process. Not only do you have long wait times over the phone, no one really knows how to help you. I had a simple question about my email account that was hacked (for the *rd time), and I was sent around the world for help. There is no accountability within these large corporations. There really should be a specific department for email hacking issues (as this is a common problem for MSN). If people asked me which free email service to use, I wouldn't recommend getting an email with hotmail or MSN. I would have to say, based my experience with other emails, that gmail would be the go-to email of my choice. Good luck to all, I hope this was helpful.
