~Guy Mcclure: I've been without service for two weeks here in france. you say you are sending a code to my home phone and to my email accountin GV AZ. Great How am I supposed to answer my or open my email acct. Here in France. I have paid * months in advance to cover my monthly bill. GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Guy Mcclure: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MSN's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Guy Mcclure: For that I would say one out of five.
