~Jo: I went from one menu selection to another, not one offered what I needed help with. Tried areas I didn't need help with to hopefully speak to an actual human being. Lucked out once, she connected me to "what I needed". The menu selections I spent ** minutes going through then started again. Very frustrating. Absolutely no help at all!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MSN. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MSN problem?
~Jo: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jo: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MSN's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jo: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MSN customers?
~Jo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MSN to know who you are.
