~Macys Card and their customer : They document only events*information convenient to them and promise to document their own faults, but eventually dont.. and penalize you for that and refuse to admit again that they had a fault, and even worse.. bill YOU again for THEIR faults which they had promised to have "taken care of".. And of course many of you have already said that their late fees etc are invisible when you just pay the minimum payment due they show on their own payment screen, but keep adding recurring additional charges to you for not having taken account of it!!!
