GetHuman-288795: *VERY DISRUPTIVE ONLINE SCREENS created constant interruption while I was trying to write THIS review!! Extremely frustrating situation!!***My original problem concerned a Macys*Amex card issued WITHOUT MY CONSENT after I applied for a Macy's charge at the store in Holyoke (MA) Ingleside Mall. Amercan Express was never mentioned in that application process, but I was informed in your Nov. l letter that I "qualified" and it would be issued a combined Macys*Amex account - without my acceptance or approval. You offered no statement of policy or conditions before issuing the combined Macys*Amex card, which I would have refused in any case because I choose not to deal with American Express. **To make matters worse, I have never received ANY card after waiting a month* it had been promised "shortly" after the Nov. * letter. Carolyn at ***-***-**** worked most efficiently today (********) and finally was able to cancel the Amex "portion" of the card. She has arranged for me to obt
