~Gayle: Called customer service twice with one * min hold and another * min and then both were cut off. I purchased an eternity ring on Dec. **, ****. I was told with the receipt and original box, that it was refundable. It is still Jan **** and they refused to return it saying it was worn. It looks perfect with the tags and box and receipt. The ring is too big and cuts into my two lateral fingers that touch the ring. Ive been a customer since **** and have perfect credit. Please let me know what to do?
