GetHuman-134081: Follow the numbers they tell you to press! I tried to just follow the instructions on the phone tree and was lost in auto-land. But by pressing the numbers suggested above I was able to find a very helpful person! (Even though the *-*-*-* number order was not in any relation my issue)
