If call center people cost Macys (FULLY Burdened rate of) $** per hour, Macys spent over $*** talking to me and resolved nothing. On this line (***-***-****), the research was completed by Donna and issues resolved in ** minutes. I happened to talk to Donna Smith. Since Donna resolved the problem in ** minutes instead of failing to resolve the problem in ** plus hours, Macys is not saving any money using call center people who are not of the caliber of Donna. If your issue is genuine, this is the place to get it corrected.
