~gracie: EPIC FAIL!!! These people are in the Philippines and it was obvious that English was not their *st language. I repeated my question*concern FIVE times and the rep kept repeating the same answer that did NOT apply to what I was asking. I had to insist on speaking to a supervisor - the supervisor spoke better English but was of no help whatsoever! If this is the customer service that I'll be getting from Macy's, I'll be closing my account. IT WAS HORRIBLE, A WASTE OF TIME AND WORTHLESS. EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!
