~Totally Dissatisfied and Disgu: I purchased furniture from Macy's and everything about the buying experience has been horrible. **The phone wait is hours long. They print one price in their flier, another on the internet AND yet another on the phone.**They provided the wrong delivery date so the delivery people showed up with no notice.**They are unable to accommodate my request for an extended warranty despite delivering early and the fact that any phone call is always at least :** minutes. It is very hard to set aside enough time to make a transaction happen.**I would never shop here again and plan to close my accounts with Macys immediately.
