~kriddy121: I sat on hold for ** minutes in complete silence. They said the estimated time before they'd take my call is ** minutes. Clearly that wasn't the case. Very disappointing, and very hard to actually SPEAK to a person. I will never use Macy's again to purchase something. EVER.
