GetHuman-111637: I was promised by the online chat agent today (foolish me cannot remember who I spoke with but if you have a record that would be nice)that she would send an email to my bank for me today and the email was NOT sent. I am disappointed about this. She was to speak with her lead partner and send an email to my bank. As she requested I provided my bank name, bank email, account holder name, last four digits of my bank card, expiration date. She did not follow through as she promised. This is unacceptable and I feel as though she only "did her job" without any care to resolving my matter as she promised. She delivered perfect service on the chat and APPEARED to be concerned about my request to have a pending authorization hold released for an online charge I made on Saturday, July **, **** that did not "push" through. I chatted with Mark S on Saturday and Tyra W on Sunday with a view to having the matter resolved. One week later and I am still not helped even though these people pro
