~MaryLCustable: I was talking to a credit representative and I got a very hard time from that person because I was late with a payment he gave me a very hard time and was very rude and spoke to me with no respect and also spoke over me, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he would not let me talk to one, he just kept talking over me request, now I did not get his name but if you look at my account and see who I spoke to, then you will find out who this rude person. I am very very disappointed with Macy's. I just tried to call your *** number and got no where. What is wrong here. Someone need to make this good, and tell me their sorry. *I will not let this go. I want someone to speak to that person before he gets rude with someone else.

~MaryLCustable: For that I would say two out of five.

~MaryLCustable: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Macy's to know who you are.
