GetHuman-264736: very frustrated with trying to get through to my local Macy's (Reno, NV) to obtain information about a product. After * unanswered calls to the local store I tried this number. Michael answered immediately, connected me to Yvonne at the Reno store, she connected me to Ann who then connected me to the home department. Unfortunately the person in the home department could not give me any further infomration on the cashmere throw than what I had already read on line, but she was very kind and offered to order it for me, also advised if the quality not what I wanted I could return it to the store. Over all, once I got customer service involved I was very pleased with the assistance.
