~Extortion: Even though I paid five years in advance, Magic Jack intercepted all my phone calls for weeks and sent the people to their voice mail and would not give me the messages. Then they asked me to pay another year in advance in order to be given my phone calls!After talking to one man yin India, he wanted a lot of money on my credit card to "fix" my computer. After hours on the phone talking to six people, the problem was not solved. So I switched to another carrier and reported the "theft" to the credit card company.

~Extortion: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Extortion: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Extortion: For that I would say three out of five.
