GetHuman-372977: I bought a new Jack I Canada and took it to my winter home in Mexico where I registered it. Unfortunately it failed from the start and I could not get a return from them so I purched one from a friend J*****@***.com (I changed his password for my security). Unfortunately My Canadian credit card would not work in your system (although it never failed anywhere else) and I was advised to get a friend who had a USA number to purchase the new Canadian number. I did this and working well now but I did want a *years contract. I would like to know what the problem is? I would also like to know why my card would not work. I have a VISA CIBC card with a Canadian address. I must admit this has been a dragged out battle getting everything settled in your system and it is still a battle.

GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-372977: For that I would say one out of five.
