GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MagicJack customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Geokohler: I have been a MagicJack since almost day * when I bought myself one for Christmas in ****! I have never had a single problem. The only people that do have crappy DSL or dialup. If you have broadband this is the best deal on earth! I just called to get the $** deal on the MJ Plus and was having an issue with my card. She fixed the problem in * minute, I entered a number wrong. First time I ever had to contact them in * years of service. If you have problems with Magic Jack it's on your end, most likely because you're trying to use lame internet. I can't wait to get my plus! I made an XP thin client that only draws ** watts to run it but now I will be able to plug it right into my router saving that ** watts. MJ & MJ Plus ROCKS!

~Geokohler: For that I would say three out of five.
