~Nikki: My first 'helper' Aya wasn't much help...but, then she put Mr. John on and he was great! :-) He found out I needed a new MJ plus and is sending it rush out to me. Nice! I do have to pay s&h though, but I'm okay with that. Mr. John was polite, friendly, courteous and patience. It worked for me. He helped me for a good ** mintes trying to get it going for me again. Thank you!!! I would use live chat again if another problem came up.

~Nikki: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Nikki: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Nikki: For that I would say one out of five.
