~Richard Kay: The tech told me after an exhausting time period that I needed to get a new power adapter. Brilliant, how he knew this was we replaced the old MJ adapter with another one, then they told me that they would send out the new adapter right away, got it today ******, however I mentioned to them that with the different adapter WE STILL DID NOT HAVE PHONE SERVICE, they said they would send out the new one right away. So I got it today and plugged it in and surprise, surprise the PHONE DOESN'T WORK. I don't prefer to spend another afternoon wasting my time being unable to understand the conversation, We have not had phone service since ******* we are expecting a rather large refund check for the time without your service and of course have the phone service restored. I also spent $**.** to have my computer repaired by your technicians, I now wonder whether I actually needed that repair, or they used that as an excuse because they couldn't fis the problem. I am not happy with the service

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Richard Kay: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Richard Kay: For that I would say one out of five.

~Richard Kay: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MagicJack to know who you are.
