~fermin caicedo: yo teng cuatrp magick jack y tengo que renovarlo por un ano a dos telefonos***-******* y ***-*******, estuve haciendo la operacion del pagopor internet y se hizo un pago diferente al que yo queria, he estado llamando para ver si corrigen ese pago y no tengo atencion alguna para solucionar este impase, por favor digame como hago para comunicarme en espanol con alguien que sea educada y sepa atender al cliente.
