GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Mail.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~william rodd: premium mail.com is the worst email service Ihave ever seen, even worse than aol mail, which is also horrible, I have two premium accounts and they have been hacked into and important informaion deleted. They also will not allow you to transfer emails and contacts from one premium account to another premium accout, which is deplorable, I would not wish premium mail on my worst enemy.

~william rodd: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Mail.com customers?
