~vcreed2002: I can not say enough. Nearly impossible to reach anyone at the MVA. Then when you do they are worthless. This lady anwered all my questions, got me the number of the person who would be able to take care of my problem all in under * minutes. Because of her help I found out that the $**** fine the MVA was telling my wife she had to pay to get tags for bike, do to a fine over ** years ago, was actually already paid!
