~Frustrated in Mass.: I have been waiting to hear either by mail or email about the status of my unemployment for two months.I have called every day and A answering service states how busy they are and tells me to call back then hangs up .This procedure happens with regularity.When I do get put on hold I hold for up to two hours at a time and then the phone hangs up!The only thing I get from this unemployment hassle is chest pain.I did finally get to speak to a rep.from unemployment back * weeks ago after waiting on line for once again two hours and the rep. Was extremely in professional ,as she was filling my claim on the phone,after spending a very lengthy time with her on the phone as she was asking me questions and she was doing the claim she stated ,"I think I just lost every thing I told her on her computer"!I then have to explain all over again as she interrogates me .She says I should hear from unemployment within a week or two .That was over three weeks ago.I continue to call and again have been ou
