~EM: Rep said no questionnaire was in my file. I said adjudicator said I had ** hrs to respond. I asked to speak to supervisor when she would not confirm questionnaire posted to my account by adj . Was put back on hold. In total was on hold * hours and ** mins. No supervisor picked up call. It took * he and ** mins to speak w Rep that refused to check on problem receiving questionnaire from adjudicator's office. Then another * hour and ** mins before I gave up on supervisor or original rep returning to help me. This is so dehumanizing. I'm ** yrs old and this is my first experience applying for a benefit. What a shame this system is so out of touch with its purpose. Totally unacceptable treatment of a taxpayer for over ** years.
