~doobooo: Got a very quick reply, but sadly it read as follows:**"This is an automated message to inform you that you have sent an email to an unmonitored email address.**Your message will not be reviewed nor responded to. To reach Customer Care via email, you must submit your email using the Contact Us form on our website. Once we receive your inquiry, one of our representatives will reply within ** hours. We're sorry for the inconvenience."**But you cannot contact their support without first enabling cookies in your browser, which is total BS.

~doobooo: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~doobooo: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Match.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~doobooo: For that I would say four out of five.
