~Becky Ruth: I used the sequence of numbers listed above, and someone picked up right away. I called on a Tuesday at *:** CT. After explaining my subscription error, she apologized and made a refund of the difference. Wished me a nice day, and asked me to fill out the survey I would be receiving to rate my experience with her. Two emails came through immediately after hanging up notifying of the refund, and the survey.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Match.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Match.com problem?
~Becky Ruth: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Becky Ruth: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Match.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Becky Ruth: For that I would say two out of five.
