~Tammi Dietz: Asked for help in installing my mcafee total protection into my windows xp laptop he went into it and told me what was in it then wanted more money to fix it. When i told him that I couldn't afford to pay more to fix it, he tried to a different amount. I was not having any real problems with it and he kept telling me that my computer would go down I told him all I wanted was to put the mcafee in I shut my laptop down afterwards and when I went to go back on it wont even boot up this really is messed up when all I wanted was help putting your program in that I purchased. why should I have to be pushed into spending more money. and having your people who are there to help your customers just to get more money ***** up my property so I have to give more money to get it fixed. I can't even get on the internet with it to have you fix it again.

~Tammi Dietz: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Tammi Dietz: For that I would say three out of five.

~Tammi Dietz: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for McAfee to know who you are.
