~Disgruntled: If you buy Mcafee **** you better hope you never need support and if you do then expect to convers with agents who speek poor english and can actually do very little so solve more than basic problems. I have spent * hours on the phone and their gotoassist web chat. Most of that was on hold for * or * minutes that turned into ** to ** minutes. Then try to contact corporate and you end up talking to the same people in India. Its an endless cycle. Mcafee loves to sell a product that they put little effort into supporting. Good luck if you purchase this product.

~Disgruntled: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Disgruntled: For that I would say one out of five.
