~Ruby: McAfee anti virus protection does not work and you are throwing away your money for this product. My computer had a virus and Mcafee never detected it. When I called I was told I had to purchase an addition package for $**.** to get rid of the virus. What is the point of having McAfee protection when it doesn't work and then they charge extra to fix what they were being paid to protect and didn't. Do not use McAfee if you want to have peace of mind and avoid a virus and extra charge.

~Ruby: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ruby: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about McAfee's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ruby: For that I would say five out of five.

~Ruby: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for McAfee to know who you are.
