GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-america2: BACK IN SEPTEMBER **** A MANAGER WHO CAME INTO THE BUILDING WAS UNPROPERLY DRESSED ON HER DAY OFF WITH SWEAT PANTS ON AND FLIP FLOP SANDALS WITH NO SOCKS AND PROCEEDED BEHIND THE COUNTER. I CALLED IN ON THAT ISSUE ON THE MCDONALD CUPS *** NUMBER, THEN THE NEXT DAY WHEN I CAME INTO THE STORE TO PURCHASE MY BREAKFAST IN MCDONALDS AT THE MEXICO STORE, A CUSTOMER THREATEN ME INSIDE THE STORE AS WELL OUTSIDE THE STORE WITH BODILY HARM. THE MANAGER ON DUTY CAME OUTSIDE TO CONFRONT THE ISSUE AND HAD ME LEAVE THE STORE ALLOWING THE OTHER CUSTOMER TO GO BACK INSIDE. HE ALSO PURPOSELY KNOCKED OUT OF MY HAND MY BEVERAGE OF COFFEEE THINKING I WOULD REACT TO HIM WANTING ME TO DO SOMETHING. I DIDN'T DO A THING AND KEPT CALM IN THE MATTER. THEN A FAMILY MEMBER CONFRONTED THE STORE MANAGER TO SEE IF I COULD RETURN TO THE STORE AS THE OTHER PERSON WHO STARTED THE WHOLE MESS TO BEGIN WITH IS STILL GOING TO MCDONALDS ON A REGULAR BASIS WHILE I CAN'T COME IN THE STORE. OTHER PATRONS SAW THIS ORDEAL AND TOLD MY FAMILY MEMBER THAT I DIDN'T START THIS ISSUE, AND KEPT CALM THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE ORDEAL. WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS AS IT ISN'T FAIR THAT I CAN'T COME INTO THE STORE TO GET MY BREAKFAST, BUT THE OTHER PERSON CAN STILL GO INTO THE STORE LIKE NOTHING NEVER HAPPENED.
