~jmcccoy: I called because my husband and I had our prescriptions placed by our doctor on the same day. Four days later his order arrived. when I called the representative said he would call in a * day supply for free to a local pharmacy, since I was almost out of medicine and my doctors' office was closed for the weekend. When I called to check on the prescription before driving ** miles to pick it up, I was told that they hadn't received a prescription. I called MEDCO back and was told that the * day order had to be approved by my doctor (impossible because his office was closed, I had told the representative the day before). Now I am out of medication until Monday.
