~droberts: I have had nothing but trouble with Medco since our health provider starting using them for prescription coverage. Absoulutely every time I have submitted reciepts for reimbursement for my copay, they have either lost it or said they never received them. After a few episodes like this, I started submitting every thing by certified mail. Believe it or not, they have lost even those. I have spoken with customer service, supervisors, etc. and never gotten any help. I've had to contanct my health provider and have them put pressure on them to clean up their act, and to no avail. They promise and promise they will have a check in the mail and the checks still never come. I am on disability due to cancer and cannot afford the next months prescriptions until I get reimbursed for the previous month. They simply don't care.

~droberts: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~droberts: For that I would say five out of five.
