GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Medicare - Coordination of Benefits customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-356099: I called three times to get my primary insurance changed since Medicare's info was * years old and outdated* Each time they told me I need some piece of information that I didn't have I'd have to hang up, call somewhere else to get the information and then call Medicare back. I would then be told there was again another piece of information they needed to make the change so I had to do this again...this happened * times. I got so frustrated, I just hung up on the customer service person. As far as I'm concerned, Medicare can get a denial from the old insurance company so Medicare will have the pay my daughter's entire hospital stay. I was trying to do the right thing by calling with the correct information and was unable to do so. No wonder the Medicare trust fund is in such a mess!
