GetHuman-305581: Worthless for me. Needed to know why a particular claim was not crossed over from Medicare (my primary) to my secondary insurer. They cannot view claims or any information about your secondary. I'm not real clear on what it is they do (and the representative seemed a little vague about it too)--something about determining who your primary insurer is.
