~AG: The first person I spoke (no waiting) to transferred me to another because my primary insurance had to be updated to Medicare. The wait before I spoke to second person was * minutes. She took care of the update. Pleasant representatives and quick action.

~AG: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
