~weda5116: I was answered by a very rude man who talk to me like I was a brown mark on his shoe because I did not understand the process and he even hung up on me instead of explaining better and while I was talking to him he rudely interrupted me. I was a very frequent user of the megabus services but I will not ever use this service again and I will tell everyone I know not to use this service again how dare that operator talk to me like that!!
