~Marceila: RI call to change the date of my reservation from January ** to January ** because when I waited at the bus stop with my *month old baby upon arrival the driver @**:**pm states that I most purchase a ticket for my baby. I purchase another ticket online for my baby when I get home for the next bus leaving out at **:** am and try to exchange my ticket for **:**am bus with my baby. The select ticket for trade in box did not appear so I called customer service. I get a guy on the phone to help with the change of my reservations and he states just the reservation must be exchanged within **hr of departure the same day. I told him I do not understand it is within the **hr window my previous bus was schedule to depart at **:**pm January ** which would mean that while my baby and I were waiting in line and speaking with the bus driver I cannot change my ticket because * min. later make it the next day? I asked if I could speak with a supervisor or manager to further assist me ? He states tha
