~LoneRanger: I had recently taken a round trip between NYC and Boston. On both legs of the trip the bus broke down, adding an hour each way to my travel time. I called the number anticipating a long wait, and much to my surprise got right through. **I explained the situation and the customer service representative directed me to an email address for complaints. I asked her name to put in the email and suddenly she was able to help. after confirming that i had indeed waited an hour each way i was given travel vouchers for * one way trips. **chock one up for the good guys!

~LoneRanger: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LoneRanger: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~LoneRanger: For that I would say five out of five.
