~elizd: The person that answered spoke proper English and communicated well, unfortunately she referred me back to customer service ***-***-****. The people at that number are NOT helpful. Some of them sounded intoxicated or half-asleep, and hung up on me. I also obtained the number for the NY office, they couldn't help me because my trip didn't go to NY but they sounded fairly competent, it's ***-***-****. I got that number from CoachUSA Corporate, they're the parent company of Megabus, so it may be a good idea to call them and make them take their unruly child to task, it's ***-***-****. Good luck!
