~bus rider: This bus company stinks and you should find other transportation. They took money when they knew about delays... then they refused to give refund or credit another trip. Customer service is hampered with a management structure that does not allow you to escalate the process. STAY AWAY... its a rip off that is designed to NOT HELP the people that use their service when Megabus fails to deliver what you pay for.
